How long until we get to see our final photos and videos?
We typically turn around your final photos and films within 12 weeks of your wedding date. We hope that you understand that this is a creative process and can sometimes take longer than expected. You can always feel confident that we have spent the time and effort creating something beautiful for you.
Do I have to book photo AND video with you?
No! While we love handling the full creative responsibility of the wedding day - we also play well with others. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you are looking for photo or video individually.
Who edits my photos and/or videos?
WE DO! Sharlene and I handle all of the editing process, no matter if you booked a wedding with the two of us or with our Associate Shooters.
What is video raw footage and can I have it?
Raw footage is the unedited, original files that come straight off of our memory cards. You can add video raw footage to your package and we recommend this for those who want access to everything we shot from the wedding day. Unfortunately, we do not offer raw photo files.
Can I get an extra shooter for my wedding?
Of course! If you think you may want us to bring another photographer or videographer to your wedding for some extra coverage - don’t hesitate to ask! We know a ton of super-talented photographers.
How do payment schedules work?
We ask for a 25% deposit to lock you in for the day and to ensure that we will turn down any other couples looking for us to book that same date. You will pay the remaining balance leading up to your wedding date.
Who are your Associate Shooters?
We work with a “roster” of extremely talented photographers and videographers. These are folks that we have worked with previously and enjoyed their style and work so much that we asked them to join our team. Learn more here.
Do you travel and how much does that cost?
Absolutely! We are based on the East Coast but have had the pleasure of traveling to many locations for our couples. Travel fees will vary depending on location - don’t hesitate to reach out if you are eloping or having a destination wedding.
How many hours should I book you for my wedding day?
This is a great question! It can vary depending on the specifics of your wedding day (micro wedding, elopement, etc.) but we give you 8 hours standard in all of our packages. We think that’s a great start, but you can always add on more coverage!
